A Southern California native, Martinez has more than 10 years of accounting and auditing experience. His areas of expertise include transaction advisory services, financial accounting, reporting and auditing. Carlos focuses on providing sell-side transaction advisory services to clients and owner-operators as well as due diligence services to financial and strategic buyers on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and recapitalizations.
After two years in North Carolina working at one of the nation’s largest accounting firms, Martinez returned in 2014 to San Diego. In addition to ACG, he is a member of the Aerospace and Defense Forum, National Defense Industrial Association, San Diego Venture Group, AICPA and CalCPA.
