David Brownstein, CPA, has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, including nearly three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. David has served private and publicly held companies of all sizes in a variety of industries including life sciences, manufacturing, real estate and technology. He has experience managing several of the Firm’s life science clients, including the $380 million acquisition of Ellipse Technologies, Inc. David also manages a number of our Firm’s publicly held clients, including recently guiding a technology company through the process of filing its Form S-1 Registration Statement, which was declared effective by the SEC in January 2021. He maintains a proactive approach throughout his projects and is skilled at explaining technical topics in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.

David graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Accounting degree. He currently serves on the Executive Council for the UCI Diabetes Center.
