Mike Stokes is a Senior Tax Manager with over 12 years of experience serving privately-owned businesses ranging in size from small to middle-market. Mike’s areas of expertise include real estate, multi-state taxation, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services. Mike also has extensive experience in proactive tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Mike has provided services for large real estate investment companies that hold properties in multiple states, and companies which conduct multiple tax-free exchanges on an annual basis. He is experienced with planning and developing a strategy for complicated transactions involving numerous investors, and is adept at understanding and advising clients about the implications of partnership operating agreements.

In addition, Mike has worked to provide proactive planning and advice for high-net-worth individuals in order to minimize their tax obligations. He actively seeks to remain current on all of the most recent tax law updates and to use such knowledge to his client’s advantage.
