IRVINE, Calif., May 8, 2025 — Haskell & White LLP proudly announces that Kellie Kremer, Audit Principal, has been named a 2025 Women to Watch as an Experienced Leader by the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA). The award was presented during CalCPA’s Elevate: Women’s Leadership Forum, held May 1–2 in Mountain View, California.
The Women to Watch Awards recognize outstanding women in the accounting profession who demonstrate leadership, mentorship, community service, and a commitment to advancing the profession.
With over a decade of experience, Kremer has consistently exemplified these qualities. She works with private and public companies, providing financial statement audits, strategic guidance on complex accounting standards and fostering strong client relationships. Beyond her technical expertise, Kremer is deeply committed to mentoring colleagues, promoting innovation, and enhancing workplace culture. Her initiatives, such as organizing manager appreciation events and facilitating team-building activities, contribute to the firm’s collaborative environment.
Kremer also dedicates her time to community service, having served six years on the board of Laura’s House, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of domestic violence in Orange County. Even during a required one-year hiatus from the board, she continues to contribute through active roles on finance, operations, and fundraising committees.
“Kellie’s leadership style is characterized by leading by example and modeling qualities such as attention to detail, proactive thinking, and technical excellence,” said Wayne Pinnell, Managing Partner at Haskell & White. “Her approach fosters a culture of success and continuous improvement within the firm.”
Upon receiving the award, Kremer remarked, “I am inspired by the remarkable women in this room—leaders who are shaping the future of our profession with integrity, innovation, and heart. This recognition is not just a personal milestone; it reflects the collective effort of those who have mentored, challenged, and supported me throughout my journey. To my colleagues at Haskell & White, thank you for fostering a culture that values growth, collaboration, and giving back to our communities.”
Denise Froemming, CPA and CEO of CalCPA, noted, “More than ever, the profession needs leaders like Kellie Kremer who serve as beacons to guide the next generation of accountants. Kellie sets the standard for excellence in leadership and is equally inspiring to women beginning their careers in accounting where precious few role models exist.”
