The Best Accounting Firms to Work For program is a research-driven initiative managed by Best Companies Group. Firms are evaluated in two stages:
- Firm Practices & Policies – Workplace policies, benefits, and demographics (25% of score)
- Employee Experience – An anonymous survey measuring engagement, satisfaction, and culture (75% of score)
