Haskell & White Expands Mergers & Acquisition Practice

IRVINE, Calif. – Haskell & White LLP, one of Southern California’s largest independently owned accounting, auditing and tax consulting firms today announced the addition of Gary L. Curtis as a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisition Practice in its Irvine office.

With more than 20 years of experience at Big 4 accounting firms, Curtis will assist clients at Haskell & White through specialized mergers and acquisitions transactions and provide due diligence, structuring and post-transactional tax services. He extensive background includes providing business advisory and accountancy practices to middle- to large-market companies.
