Ryan Woodhouse is a Tax Partner and brings to the Firm more than fifteen years of experience providing corporate tax consulting and compliance services principally to emerging manufacturing/distribution, life science and technology businesses and their stakeholders. He frequently works closely with the audit team to calculate tax provisions for clients, and ensure thorough financial statement disclosures.
Ryan’s expertise and specialties include: US GAAP financial accounting and reporting for income taxes, including uncertain tax position analyses and net operating loss (NOL) studies, Federal and state tax compliance and planning, transaction planning, restructurings, tax examinations, and exchanges of like-kind property. Ryan frequently teams with our affiliate firms in the Leading Edge Alliance to provide clients with a global tax solution.
Ryan is an adjunct professor at California State University, Fullerton where is teaches partnership taxation.
