Faheem brings over thirteen years of internal accounting and finance experience, specializing in the general ledger and financial statement management and analysis. As Assistant Controller for Haskell & White, Faheem leads the financial reporting, planning and budgeting activities for the Firm. He works closely with the Partners and the Chief Financial Officer to support the Firm’s growth by providing financial reports to make decisions that contribute to process improvement, efficiency and cost savings.

He draws on his experience working for service-driven businesses that provided events, sales and marketing programs to companies. This experience included diligent and proactive management of accounting teams consisting of A/R Specialists, A/P Specialists and Staff Accountants, promoting consistent and efficient month-end close processes. In addition, Faheem oversaw the timely preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations and ad-hoc analytical reports essential for internal and external clients, as well as launching accounting procedures and best practices for new programs. He also assisted external auditors as the direct contact for private and publicly traded companies, including the initial public offering process.
