Client Variety
You will quickly be exposed to the full range of our clients, not pigeon-holed into one area. Our firm structure provides the opportunity to work in many different market sectors on a wealth of different client concerns. Limited travel is possible, if you choose.
Fewer Degrees of Separation
The size and structure of the firm means you will have close contact with clients as well as senior management. In contrast to peer firms, our staff members are included and consulted on client issues, and are expected to be part of the solution. If you are uncertain about your career direction, we will give you the opportunity to work in both the Audit and Tax departments. We call this the "pool" concept. If you choose, for the first year or more you can test the waters in both professional areas. Of course, you will focus your energy on one area at time. We understand that the first few years in public accounting can solidify your career direction, and want to assist you with this critical decision. If you have already determined long-term career goals, we will gladly accommodate you.
