(IRVINE, Calif., July 14, 2005) – Haskell & White, one of the largest locally owned accounting and business consulting firms in Orange County, today announced John Poth’s promotion to audit partner. As partner, Poth will help lead the firm’s audit and business advisory services department.

An 18-year veteran from recognized firms including McGladrey & Pullen, Moore Stevens Frazier & Torbet and Kenneth Leventhal, Poth joined Haskell & White in 2003 as an audit principal. His key responsibilities included the effective planning, execution and delivery of audit, review and consulting services to both public and private organizations. As partner, Poth will direct tax-free reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and private letter rulings.
