Tracy Phan Pack, CPA, is a Tax Manager at Haskell & White. Tracy started her public accounting career as a tax accountant for a small CPA firm in Newport Beach for two and a half years. She gained a strong foundation in accounting and was inspired to further her career in tax and joined Haskell & White in 2015. As a Manager, Tracy is responsible for keeping tax projects on time and on budget while leading the engagement team. Tracy serves the Firm’s real estate, manufacturing, retail, technology, and software clients.

Tracy strives to develop expertise in the industries she serves, and is incredibly passionate about real estate. Tracy is responsive, proactive, and on top of deadlines. She takes the time to understand each project and client and will ensure that the client and the team are on the same page at every step of the way. At Haskell & White, clients appreciate the team for taking the initiative and working hard to complete projects on time.

Tracy loves the challenge of public accounting and the continual learning it provides. She enjoys helping her clients and their businesses navigate the complex world of taxes and regulations. Tracy feels accomplished by assisting clients and completing projects. Understanding her client’s goals and priorities is her focus, so that she can provide strategic advice.

Tracy is originally from Vietnam and relocated to the United States to attend the University of Central Arkansas. She earned three Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas in Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems. She achieved these degrees to benefit her career knowledge and open more opportunities for her future. Tracy loves spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys trying new foods and traveling.
