Michael Conceicao is a Tax Manager at Haskell & White. His career in public accounting began in 2014, and he has been with the firm for three years. His focus is on Corporations in life sciences, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and real estate. This includes working with companies structured as a C Corporations or S Corporations, and owners who may need support in the international tax arena. As a Tax Manager, Michael strives to manage the project with a focus on accuracy and efficient completion, so the experience exceeds the client expectations. Accuracy and bringing each project to a successful completion are important to Michael. To help his clients make the best decisions, Michael consistently monitors trends in California and National legislature, interest rates, and economic factors so his knowledge can help contribute to the clients’ decision-making process. Michael approaches each client and their unique situation when advising them on their tax filing or providing tax planning advice. Michael values integrity and objectivity, not only for work but in life, which has helped guide his career. To his peers and colleagues, Michael is known for being a great teacher and a knowledge source. He is always there to help explain concepts in an easy to understand terms. He first became passionate about accounting in college and sees accounting as the roadmap for companies to make better decisions.
Michael is originally from Connecticut and moved to the west coast in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys skateboarding, surfing, and traveling.
