Eleanor Schultz is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, human resources and firm administration. She plays an integral role in the Firm’s overall strategic direction as well as collaborating with the partners to maintain an excellent company culture. With over 20 years of experience as a cross-functional leader, Eleanor has expertise in developing financial controls and establishing policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs and maximize profitability.

Prior to joining Haskell & White, she was Director of Finance for a sales and marketing company where she managed the finance and accounting teams for the Marketing platform and served as a trusted business partner to the President and her executive leadership team. Eleanor began her career at a mid-sized public accounting firm in New York City where she spent three years in the audit practice and obtained her CPA license before moving on to private industry. She went on to hold management positions at varying size companies from a pre-revenue start-up, to mid-market and Fortune 500 organizations before relocating to Southern California in 2007.
