Brian Stiefel, CPA is a Tax Principal at Haskell & White. With over 10 years experience in public accounting, he has focused on tax advisory services related to the commercial real estate industry including real estate acquisitions, development, management, leasing and sales. He consults on projects such as structuring partnership agreements, and determining the tax consequences of varying exit strategies. Brian conducts tax research and analysis as it pertains to entity formation, on various tax matters to ensure appropriate treatment of complicated issues. Brian reviews and interprets partnership agreements, purchase sale agreements, and closing statements while understanding their requisite allocations. He assists in the management and preparation of all quarterly and annual federal and state income tax filing requirements.
