IRVINE, Calif. – January 27, 2015 – Haskell & White, one of Southern California’s largest independently owned accounting, auditing and tax consulting firms, has promoted two individuals in the Audit and Business Advisory Services Department in a move that will assist the firm in providing the highest level of client service. Luigi Ramirez of Santa Ana was promoted to in-charge associate, and Tracy Cuculic McLaughlin of Yorba Linda is now an audit manager.
The firm is a longtime advocate of promoting from within, which has proven a powerful tool for boosting morale, increasing employee retention, maximizing efficiency and maintaining close relationships with clients.

Ramirez joined the Irvine office as a staff accountant after one year at a Big Four firm and an internship with a national firm. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Southern California. As in-charge associate, his new responsibilities will include planning, supervising and executing audits in the manufacturing, real estate and nonprofit industries.
McLaughlin has been with Haskell & White for four years, specializing in the real estate, service and distribution industries. In her new role, she will perform quarterly reviews and year-end audits for public and private companies as well as nonprofit organizations. McLaughlin received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
