Time Off

  • Holidays
    Our employees receive eight (8) paid holidays each year.
  • Vacation Benefits
    We understand that employees need ample downtime to relax and rejuvenate. Our employees accrue paid vacation time according to a set schedule, increasing incrementally from two weeks during your first year to four weeks after nine years. Team members may carry forward unused vacation time, up to a specified maximum.
  • Sick Leave Benefits
    Following your introductory period, the Firm provides 40 hours of paid sick leave benefits annually for absences due to illness or injury.
  • Bereavement Leave
    We allow up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave for our employees.
  • Time Off to Vote
    If you are unable to vote in an election during non-working hours, the Firm will grant up to two (2) hours of paid time off to vote.
  • Time Off to Participate in Child's School Activities
    In certain circumstances, our employees may be entitled to unpaid time off to participate in the activities of their child's school.

Educational Assistance

  • Educational Financial Assistance
    We encourage you to engage in personal and professional development through formal education so that you can improve your job-related skills and enhance your ability to compete for advancement within the Firm. Many individual courses and degree programs qualify for reimbursement through Educational Assistance, up to 100 percent for personnel pursuing advanced degrees. The Firm also sends professionals to a large number of training programs— you find the training you need and we will support you in getting there.
  • CPA Exam and Certification Program
    All Firm professionals are encouraged to pursue to credentialing as a Certified Public Accountant as soon as they qualify. Our CPA Exam and Certification Program provides eligible employees with time off for exams and up to $3,000 assistance with preparation and certification fees.
