Gary L Curtis joined the firm as a Corporate Tax Partner in 2008. Gary has more than 22 years experience with Big 4 firms focusing in the areas of corporate taxation with an emphasis in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and troubled debt restructurings (both in and out of court). He has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing retail and personal services.
As a partner, Gary is responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to corporate clients. He has provided these services to both public and private clients.
Gary holds a bachelors degree from Phillips University in Oklahoma. He is a licensed CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CALCPA) and the Association for Corporate Growth.
